Project Description

Currier installed a new concrete headworks structure, bar screen, channel grinder, odor control system, 2500’ influent pipeline, influent pump station, Sequential Batch Reactor process equipment, concrete structures, earthen HDPE lined basins, effluent chlorination & dechlorination contact channel, effluent flow metering, effluent pump station, solids handling belt press, polymer feed system, electrical/instrumentation/control system, RTU system, new power service, electrical service entrance meter section and effluent recharge basins. All work was Design/Build to complete the conversion/expansion of the existing wastewater treatment system from .125 MGD to .350 MGD. Currier implemented maintenance of plant operations wherein our team constructed a temporary treatment system to facilitate the existing .125 MGD prison population for seven months.
